The tables will be sold on a first come, first serve basis, so please plan early.  Tables will be secured by prior payment only.  

All payments for tables must be received by December 1, 2025.  All cancellations with refunds, must be made before December 1, 2025; no refunds will be given after that date.

Floor Space

3ft wide X 3ft deep Floor space is only for displays, rod holders, boxes. (NO TABLES)

“NOT TO BE USED TO EXTEND TABLES”

TABLE SPACE MUST BE PURCHASED TO INCLUDE EACH FLOOR SPACE.

contact our office to arange floor space not all spots are available to include floor space. 

Set up

All Spots are 6ft X 5ft Tables and Chars are included you Must be there no later than 1/2 hour prior to Open to general public. Or you will forfeit you spots with no Refunds

Parking

After you are done unloading your vehicles please park away from entrance

I also agree not to bring my Vehicles to the venue entrances at the end of the Flea Market until  You are ready to load your vehicle.
